Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options can arrive in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact our support team before sending anything back.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can update your shipping address by contacting our support team immediately at email. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery address.
