How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited options can arrive in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact our support team before sending anything back.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can update your shipping address by contacting our support team immediately at email. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery address.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. Simply click the link to see the latest updates on your shipment.

How do I receive customer support?

You can reach our support team by emailing us. We aim to respond within 24 hours. For urgent questions, please include your order number so we can assist you quickly.

Will my items come in one package?

Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. In some cases—such as when you order multiple items from different categories—your order may arrive in separate packages to ensure safe and timely delivery.
